The Columbian Exchange Webquest
Directions: You will be going on a quest to find out all you can about the Columbian Exchange. We have been learning about the Columbus in class and now you will learn about the long lasting effect of his explorations in the Americas. - Select 7 plants from the list on this website. Conduct a search to determine the origin of each plant that you chose. A good search Google search could be “origin of corn” or “origin of sweet potato”. You can use your favorite search engine to conduct the search.
- Select 3 animals from the list and determine the origins of each.
- Select 3 diseases and determine the origins of each.
